Nice - great price!
Did it need much work or was it ready & on the road?
Good question, amoretto....
Average U.S. annual income is $39,403 per person. $3283 / month.

There wasn't much to do to get it looking good...
I drove it straight to the car wash. When there, I washed it, filled up all the tires (to 30psi) which were all between 10-15psi. Vacuumed the heck out of it. Bought a pack of air fresheners (was a smoker's car) Then stopped at Wal-Mart and got 4qts oil, and air/oil/cabin filters...and did all of that the first day...After of course getting insurance and plates.
And the gas tank was on E pegged at the bottom, I filled up with 9.8 gallons for about $20 Guess I had more to go to get the low fuel light to come on.
I will have to figure out how to fix the snapped off radio antenna on the roof near the front windshield. I'm thinking I can use a small drill bit and drill into the broken mast, and use a tap set???
Anyone have any experience with a broken radio mast? Solutions?
I paid $4K for my 2007 Chevy Aveo 4 door sedan a little over a year ago. It had only 4K original miles on it! I use it as an everyday commuter car and it has been fantastic. I bought it from my neighbor, an old lady, who had quit driving it because the roof leaked every time it rained. She had taken it to the dealer multiple times and they probably cleaned out the drains in the sunroof and told her she was crazy. Turns out a clear plastic drain tube which ran from the sunroof down the rear passenger pillar had vibrated loose, so water was pouring in there. I found it by chance, but after I bought the car, and it took all of 30 seconds to repair! Love the car, have put another 12K miles on it. replaced the head unit and will eventually replace the stock 6 speaker system as well. When the weather warms up!

And welcome to the forum.
I purchased mine October 2015 for 3999, it had 64 k . Since then I have changed the oil ,stereo and back tires. I drive a lot for work and have put 22000 in the past 3 months. Still have the original timing belt. I am going to have it changed soon. . Love the car especially after changing the radio and adding a center console/armrest.

Bought it off my mother after I was involved in an accident with my 1995 S10 2.2 5 Speed Manual Transmission.
2005 Chevrolet Aveo 1.6 5 Speed Manual Transmission. 150k Miles
Both me and my mother hate Automatic Transmission.
Picture of truck just for kicks.
Hi I bought my 2010 Aveo in 2011 having paid £6000 it had 16000 miles and now in 2016 has 44560 miles and going great
I paid $700 for my Aveo. Drove it home with no brakes (metal on metal). EBay got me new rotors for $30 on the pair, $15 for pads and $56 for a caliper from Autozone. A new timing belt, tensioner and idler and cam seals and water pump were $60 off eBay and although I could have done the job, my mechanic did it for 140!!! Added a Pyle Bluetooth double din radio that looks factory. One thing...I went to Discount Tire and bought four steel wheels and 195 60 15 Falkens. Car handles like my MR2. Everyone in the family loves it and it's a trusted friend. My 2007 Accord isn't as reliable. I love my Aveo. It's a pleasure to own and simple to fix. The tires and wheels set me back under $500. Way better than stock. Improved ride, steering, and cornering. I have the automatic which being Aisin is bullet proof. Trans fluid is pricey, but I beat on this car and so far 2 years later its been bullet proof. Thinking about a Sonic if they're as reliable....
