Very nice! Keep rollin.
That's impressive in my opinion. What year is your Aveo, and how is the body holding up (any rusting issues)?
It's a 2006 Special Value Edition sedan. Is some surface rust on the trunk lid near the liscense plate and the rockers under the rear doors have some surface rust/paint flaking. I'll be sanding the rockers smooth, fiber glass if needed and Napa rock guard.

Can you tell us how you maintained the engine? What parts you replaced and when?
I am thinking the most important maintance items to make an engine live ;
1 - Do not over heat it .
2 - Do not break the timing belt .
3 - Air filtration .
4 - Oil quality and oil filtration .
5 - Drive it sanely , do not race it .
6 - Maybe fuel quality .
God bless

I bought the car with 280,000 miles on it in december of 2016. I did the timing belt right away as I didn't know when it was done last. I've put a lot of money into it in bushing, shocks, front brakes and bearings, tune up, cooling system repairs, trans seals. Original owners changed the oild every 3,500 miles per the car fax until 220,000 miles.
I drive it like a racecar.... lol.

Wonder what happened between 220,000 miles & 280,000 miles ?
Did it change hands ?
God bless

Yeah, it did. I'm the 3rd legal owner but the 4th actual owner. I bought it from a friend that flips cars on the side.
