just an info hyelp, new guy, oil cap find

hi guys new member, I recently bought a 2006 aveo, 5 sp,, would not pass cal smog, so im sending it to dau in NC, thing is I lost oil cap, just set it on top of engine an forgot it,, been searching for days,, I saw jc whitney hyas one sez its same as late gm V8s and some v6,, sooo, I looked an guess what even tho the cap is made diff, the cap from my 97 lumina is made different, it still first and all thye functions work, including lock down screw,, it all works,, 96-97 lumina and many other gm full size gm stuff,, just a tip from your old uncle larry,,, buck
