Ok, I see what you're saying about them having their own service departments (small companies still tend to take their vehicles in for service at a dealer though, I see at least a few one with local company names when I visit a Chevy dealer here)

04-09 Aveo models require a GM Scantool for programming. This can be performed at any GM dealership or by any mechanic with a GM Scantool. Many Dealerships now have small portable scantools and can perform this procedure for you in the parking lot for FREE as a courtesy to their customers.
Keyblade is UNCUT and can be cut to match your VIN by your local dealership or locksmith.
