Making the headlights really clear?

Any liquid cleaner that is formulated for cleaning clear plastic will do. There are many on the market and a bottle of it will probably last longer than your car might.

BTW, washing your car often and garaging it if possible helps a lot, too.

I wash my car once a week No garage yet though, in the process.
