Sales of the new facelifted Aveo 3-Door begin in June! (in Europe). Bummer.

looks like they supersized the malibu front end and welded it on there...those front grills are just way too large for anything that isnt an audi...i still dont understand why they don't make the back wheel arches like the front, it would look alot sleeker

as some of you have noticed I took it apon myself to delete some posts made, this doesnt need to turn into another flamewar. we need to return this forum to its old glory and thats final...if any of you wish to speak more on this matter pm me and do not continue it in here, let you be warned

there, i fixed it in paint with 10 secs of my time

I don't like the 3-Door at all. I find the rear quarter window shape to be less aggressive than the 5-door. It doesn't lend itself well to the Aveo's shape and the additional creases and recessed side design is unnecessary. The 5-door's rear quarter made much more sense.

Simply shortening the 5-Door model would have created a better looking coupe. If someone wants to Photoshop a two-door version of the 5-Door, you'll see what I mean.

I realize GM wanted to save some money by only giving the Aveo a minor facelift for '08 but it would've been nice if the new Coupe had taken some additional cues (other than just the grille) from the 2006 WTCC Concept.

      Something like this:

wow, that looks very nice. everything seems fit and with a purpose.
You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.
