Pulley group buy is over, what next?

So, the pulley group buy is over and went pretty good IMO. (You can still get them at the non-group buy price, here: http://www.aveoforum.com/forum/f104/...-2008-a-11233/)

I'm willing to keep this going and make more stuff. So, I need to know what you guys would be interested in.

I have an extra set of camshaft timing pulleys from my toasted engine that I could look into having made into adjustable cam timing pulleys. But, that is just one option.

Once we get a bunch of responses, we'll tally up the results and see what is next. So, what are you guys interested in?

Just a thought, but how about a poll to see which generation engine active members here have.. with a banner and all to compel lurkers to vote.

i'm willing to bet its closer to a 50/50 split than i think. I can't use any of your engine parts, but if there are enough members, i would be willing to get you a pulley, and some other pieces so both generations could benefit.

i'm more of a chassis guy, never used cad until the endlinks

Good idea. I just threw one up.

Chassis components would be a great option considering both generations have similar designs.

i have chassis stuff up on my list.. beyond the short shift, and coil over stuff.

next is rear disc, then rear beam bushing (high failure rate), then big front brakes then engine mounts..

then i should be doing my drivetrain swap..

my biggest issue was replicating stuff, i've alway built "on the car" never for production.

Yep, I hear ya. It takes a bit more (sometimes a lot more) to make stuff plug and play for people.

I'd be interested in camshafts. I want more performance out of the motor. I want to see what the 1.6 can do.

Adjustable cam timing pulleys allow you to basically shift your torque band around. So, you could set them to get more power at a lower rpm, or more power at a higher rpm. Its basically manual variable valve timing.

I know you're in for anything. However, suggestions are what I'm looking for.
