Quick Question

I've got an '07 Aveo with 35k miles on it. Lately my check engine light has been coming on and then going off like a day later? Anyone has any idea what that might be? Any suggestions? Also, any maintenance I should do at 35k?

You should be fine from anything major, take it to an auto part store and let them check the code when it is on, I doubt is is anything major.

Your timing belt servive should be done in the next year or two since it is an 07 (I have an 07, just had mine done at 56k) you will not hit 60k miles but if it gets to 6-7 years old then it may not be a bad idea.

Thanks! That helps alot. My belt broke around 30k miles and I already got that replaced. I'll take it to an auto parts store and get it checked out.

Yes, I was told that it was pretty early for it to break. I'll post my result when i visit the auto parts store this weekend.

i say you need plugs, wires and possibly a coil pack.
