Has anyone thought about trying to do something with the red lights on the rear bumpers of our cars? Im thinking about a few things that can be done with them, but Im wondering if anyone else has thought about it.

i was thinkin about blacking them out myself but am still in the air about it. altho i do like the thought of the blinker and bondo. but the only thing with the blinker is we already have side markers, do i need another one?-ya know. im gonna sit and toss some ideas around in my head some more, but i want to continue to fish for ideas from the forum. maybe strobes...???
black them out like i did.
u got pics? id like to see before i do it.
here's a pic of the red corner lights blacked out
looks like u got the spicey orange, looks good, u just use tint? wonder how it would look on a blue aveo...?
thanks for the pic btw!
yea i love the color, i used lamin-x film to do the lights. u can goto lamin-x.com and they have a bunch of different colors so if u wanna go lighter or darker u could
i also did the headlights and taillights
tinted with strobes...hhhmmmmm :-k
dude, where have u been hiding these pics? post up!
strobes that would be cool.
yea i really should post more pics but i've been busy with school finding a job, and moving
understandable. good luck with ur situation!
its a shame its a sedan, otherwise it would look good
yea i actually like the sedan better then the hatchback. all my friends like it, even my buddy that has an aveo hatch likes what i've done, but i guess its a preference to the buyerQuote:

i just think the aveo is to short to be a sedan, the newer sedans make the short length look better
You could black them out which is what I recomend or if you wanted clear ones to match euro tails you could make your own out of clear flourescent light covers for office buildings available at your local hardware store. You know the stuff thats smooth on one side and spikey on the other. If you see someone running around with full clear taillights but they're not crystal, but foggy thats what they did.Quote:
