Rpms? (~3k @ 65-75 on highway, is 25 mpg normal?)

Hi I'm new to site just got question I just bought a 09 Aveo5 with 50k miles on it when I'm driving a 65-75 it's running around 3-3300 rpms And getting around 25 mpg on highway is this normal? Thank you Rodney

I bought this 2009 brand new got 24 miles to the gallon hwy when it was new gets the same now, I tried premium gas did not help, using all synthetic oils now and K&N airfilter still the same as it was brand new.

Dealer told me when new just needed to be broke in LOL and it will get better. NOT
