      Salvaged Cylinder Head?

There's a local yard that has a 2005 Aveo. From pictures it looks like the car was hit along the driver's side, but I don't know the total extent of the damage.
Given that I don't know the mileage, etc., would it be worth my time to pull the cylinder head knowing that I don't have to purchase if it's obviously messed up? It would be $60 to purchase.

      Opinions?

if it was running well enough to hit something, its probably ok to use.. unless they were coasting into traffic while the timing belt broke or something.

$60 is a good deal, in junkyard yanking it might me an hour to 2 depending how well the engine compartment is put together.

The place had a 30 day warranty, but I went to check out the car and they had just gotten rid of it. Back to the drawing board...

Usually salvage cars for sale they don't keep for long time,as they don't last for long if any of the car is having a dent or some rust then they don't it for long.
