      Speaker replacement

Was just curious what the best speaker size is for the front door panels. I have a 2010 and dont mind doing a little modifications.

Thanks for the assistance...I ended up just getting stock size! Now it's time to build subwoofer box! Thanks again

Unless you really want to modify.....I’d just replace with a stock unit from amazon/eBay. Pull your old one out find numbers on it and play on the internet till you find one.

4 inch in the front doors, 4 X 6 in the rear if hatchback, and 6 inch in the rear deck if sedan. I've read online that 6.5's will fit in the front doors with some slight modification and trimming, but they have to be something like 2 inch shallow due to the depth of the doors, and the location of the window and its accompanying mechanisms. Best thing to do is go to crutchfield's website, and click on "find what fits my car".

Try JVC CS-V527, they must fit perfectly.
