The first aveo i posted about sold before i got to it....found another 2005...2 nee tires...pretty clean 4dooe sedan automatic with 150k....its a dealer so not sure on thr timing belt. Seems to runs and drive nice..has ac etc manual windows...can buy it for 3600 out the door....i kinda like how small they are abd looking to upgrade my work vehicle a gas hogging jeep cherokee...id drive the jeep on bad winter days...i guess ive read horror stories and plenty of good feedback aswell...im kind of a confused first time buyer lol what can i expect if i buy it

It really depends on how well it was taken care of, so its hard to say.

I understand it looks clean so we will see I just hate to get into a pos...alot of bad reviews mixed with good ones..I guess that comes with every car im sure :-)

It all depends on what you are comfortable with. Between the timing belt issue (first Gen) wheel bearings, Rear axle bushings and impossible to keep it aligned it turns a lot of people away. If you know how to fix your own stuff this car can save you a lot of money. I've own mine for almost 3 years now and haven't looked back. I keep it well maintained and with the help of this forum I wont be in the market for a new car anytime soon. Hope this helps with the decision.

Make sure that timing belt has been changed in the past!
