      I agree that he's probably driving too fast for those conditions. But I don't agree about buying cheap tires. You usually get what you pay for, and tires that don't handle well are no bargain. The surveys and specs at Tire Rack can be very helpful in getting the best value for your money.

      Cheap probably wasn't the best word. Inexpensive would be better term for the winter force tire. Loads more traction than an all-season. I don't see it available in a 60 sidewall, but you can probably find it in a 65, which will fit fine.
