these blinkers have to go...

Ok so i got the 05 4 door...
IM thinking about putting halo headlights... they have blinkers in the headlights....
will that hook up???

also if that question is a yes. what can i do to get rid of this blinker?
can i remove it put something there like say a grille or painted chicken wire? reason behind that is so more air gets to this engine...
if not a good idea or not a good look should i paint them the color of the car red so it kinda blends in?
im thinking black would just be ugly but its just blue brints for now...

ANY IDEAS???
