Thump,thump increases/decreases with speed.

I would appreciate any input about a rotational thump that has recently developed w/74K miles. Front tires where changed so tire belt separation ruled out. CV joint or wheel bearing?? Steering wheel does not vibrate and there is no noticeable clunk when turning. CV boots in good shape, L & R. My 2011 handles great, no excessive play in steering and car is street, ever across my pasture, brakes good. Thump increases with speed. I would gladly pay an AVEO forum member to fix if in or near the Kansas City, MO. area as Mr. Goodwrench doesn't live in my neighborhood. E-mail/phone on request. Thnx!!
