      Time to do some work...

      Hey,

So I've been contemplating selling my Aveo5. However, I've put a lot of thought into it and I'm gonna keep it. It's a 2006 Chevrolet Aveo5 SVP with 126,000KM. It's going for inspection at the end of this week and this summer I'll be working full time to improve it a little bit.

Here's my idea, step by step:

      1. Complete paint job - White
      2. 5% Tinted windows (Besides drivers windows as its illegal here)
      3. Black Altezza taillights
      4. Cold Air Intake (Weapon R)
      5. Black rims / Low profile tires / Winter studded tires
      6. New stereo head unit and speakers all around

So what do you guys think? I'm guessing a white aveo with tinted windows and the black lights and black rims would look pretty sick, let's hear your opinions.

a color change is expensive for a car if it is done right, all of the jams, a LOT of work

Strip the car down to frame and body with individual parts is the only true proper way to paint in my opinion. At that point you might as well be doing a full and complete customization of the car, and that would take big bucks. Be easier to just find a white one and go from there. Again that's just my opinion.

I will think of a better signature later.

It's silver now. I wanna go white, aftermarket taillights, and rims and I think I'd be happy with it. Needs a new exhaust too... Gah, cars are so expensive.

mines white, tinted all around. and blacked out the tail lights. slightly illegal. it looks great though.
i like the idea of the black and white contrast, already plannin on getting some of those black halo headlights with my next check.
i say go for it. and post up pics with your process, i wanna see how it turns out.
