YabbyLyfe, do you have any pictures of your car?
I deal with a lot of pot holes. So I do like a taller tire. I'm a little hesitant to use aluminum rims. I've bent one steelies already (but i was able to use a hammer and straighten it out mostly).
I found found twp sets of VW steelies (one is 7 hole and the other is 8 hole) both with your tire size.
From what I've read, vw rims SHOULD bolt up. My extra steelies are really rusty and frankly I'm not super excited to sand them down and paint them.

I also found a set of honda rims. I believe they are hx rims. But again, from my reading the center bore is too small. And i found one person who said they hit the caliper in front.
