So, I saw someone on here with neon/led light in their wheel wells pointed down towards top of tire. I think it looks about as sweet as underbody lights can. Unfortunately, I can't find the same picture again. Anyone have any experience or ideas on how to do those or what they are?? I looked all over on ebay and spent a considerable amount of time on this forum looking. No avail.

I just would like yellow neon/led lights to illuminate top of tire or wheel well or whatever
