What are the 2 black covers suposed to be for...

What are the 2 black covers suposed to be for, that are next to the hazard button?

And where is the button suposed to be located to the fog lamps and cruise controll switches?

Well two years later has anybody made these useful? I can't believe there is no "always on" power outlet! How much space behind them? room for a power plug?

Always on power plugs dont make sense to me...Too much risk of draining battery, and is it really so hard to turn the key to acc if you absolutely need power?

Most cars have them! I don't like plugging my phone in and having to leave the key in the ACC position in the parking lot! yes sometimes my phone dies in the most inconvenient places! Like work! But anyway easy to install I'll post a pic after it's done!
