I'm a dealer at a casino. I deal blackjack, but tomorrow I start Roulette school. I'm stoked. After I learn Roulette, then I can become a dual rate supervisor and then just keep climbing the ladder from there.

If you casino has Dice, take it and get some time on it before promoting to Dual Rate. In my neck of the woods, Craps is more beneficial and it's much easier to get another job if needed down road.
Valid point; however, I can't just pick dice until they have a school for it. Most casinos out in Nevada make the dealers pay for their schools, so I am fortunate, this is not costing me anything. Anyways, 7 more days of roulette school and i'm on the floor. For the meantime, I'm dealing blackjack. Oh and before I forget, if you go to a casino, TIP YOUR DEALER. I don't care if they make 5-6 card 21s. They still work for tips. Whatever you do, don't stack your pink!!!! Your dealer will be rooting against you everytime.
That is if the reader understands the term 'pink'. Out in our area, we don't use pink.
SO??? How much do your Floors make?
For those that didn't get it. Don't stack your .50$ chips. That's pink in my casino.
As for the floors, they don't make that much more than the dealers. But it's not about the $$$ to me right now. It's just getting my foot in the door to get further and further up the ladder where the real money is.
