Depends. A seven year old car that only has 4000 miles might look appealing, but its also a great downfall. How long was the car sitting? Do the tires have flat spots? Are the calipers seized from sitting so long? Was the battery maintained? So just based on the fact that is has 4000 miles, dont think your going to sell it for top dollar.
You also left out a lot of other critical info. Is it a hatch or sedan? Auto or manual? Power windows/locks/mirrors or standard? What is the condition of the exterior and interior? You can use KBB.com and the following line\k (http://www.aveoforum.com/forum/f81/h...ed-aveo-20164/) as a guide to see how much you should price it at.
Personally, I just bought another Aveo a few weeks ago...2004 sedan, auto trans, with 36k miles; i paid $2300.
