Im in cincinnati ohio, and i believe by law you must have a front license plate, but if there is not a spot for one you do not need to have it there. My buddys car did not have a spot and over the last 10 years he has been pulled over but never for the front plate not being there.

Take it to the dealer and tell them they need to get a front plate bracket for you. Fiance got her car from a dealer in PA (dealer trade) and made the local dealer here put a bracket on it. Hopefully they do away with the 2 plates

It's no issue mounting a front plate. As you can see on my car. You can also order from the dealer a front plate mount. They have them for the 2010 and up.

Front plates are a dealer installed part are they not?

Maybe I silly. But since car have been made. By law need to have two plates or one. The Maker of a car has to make some kinda spot or bracket kit to give or sell, so the car is set up for laws in your area. Most any Dealer would have them. If not then a Wreck yark would and could have it. Then there the after market companys.

you might be silly, but you are correct.
