Year compatibility

Getting into some parts replacement and noticed that the "2009 Aveo5" is not referenced on alot of sites, mainly just years 2004-2008. Are brake rotors, brake shoes, front/pre o2 sensor, radiator(car has A/C), and starting motor compatible with older model Aveos? I know brake pads are the same as older models. Yeah all these parts need replacement soon.

I have an '09. Many parts are not interchangeable, because major new design changes were implemented in that model year.

If it doesn't say that a part is compatible with the previous years, assume that it isn't.

thymeclock is correct never spend money on a part that does not say it fits.

that said many part are interchangeable, but i usually search 2010 aveo for my 09, just because it narrows down the changes.

I agree with everyone. I have found it much easier to search for 2010 or 2011 when searching for parts fit my 09.
