So I have taken some measurements and drawn them on a cat program (fusion 360) the front lower control arms should look something like this.

Also after I fabricate them, test fit and test them out I am willing to make more to sell to help out with this project. I am willing to fabricate the motor mounts and exhaust manifolds that fit the ecotec type II.

Great job man! I can't wait to get my swap started. Just picked up an '06 ss, she's pretty beat up but I already got repairs started. ZZPERFORMANCE has got my hooked and I'm thinking after the swap I'll keep and build the cobalt. I would like to pm you about the electrical side of the swap. That is one of the hurdles I want to research about. Thanks Suprasalas1 for thread and keep up the good work!

Sorry for the video quality, I am a one man band working out of my garage. The next order of business my coilovers came in today along with my 2 in tube bending die.

The reason i picked raceland coilovers was because they where the only coilovers that will fit the rear set up I am fabricating. I was planning on bagging the aveo but the set up is way out of my budget.
