ok this is highly strange cant quite work out where is is coming from it's defintly oil coming out right and it's not just moisture somehow gotten up there. i really cant think of anywhere the oil could be filling up in there.

the swop out procedure is fairly simple you dont even need to jack the car up to do it really.

disclamer at this point this is only an advisory or steps to be taken any damage or costs is at reader discression

you will need:

packing (variaty of thickness wood is ideal)
sockets
long extension bar
breaker bar
small socket wrench

step one:
diconect the batery

step two
remove the batery ( the two 10mm nuts holding it down release the bars)

step three
remove the batery mount three x3 bolts one on the power steering fluid two on the fuse box, then undo the 4 12mm bolts holding the mount to the frame of the car.

step four
pack out underneath the gearbox with the wood until it is a tight fit. (this is to prevent the gearbox dropping once you remove the mount)

step five
undo the three 14mm i belive bolts on the mounting to the gearbox then you will need to undo the three other bolts 14mm again i belive on the mounting side.

step six
remove the mount

step seven
repeat steps one to six in reverse order

one mount replaced. one thing that you may wish to consider is filling the mount with 3m window weld to stiffen it up before fitting.
