2009 LS Sedan. 5 speed. Needs upstream O2 sensor. Where is it? Thanks!

Hi, I have the sensor. I am on my way to pick up an o2 sensor socket. Is this the sensor I see when I open the hood? If it's that one I will do it. If not I may not. I welcome any good advice. Thanks!!!! Marc
