If the horn doesn't work AND the airbag light is on, that points to the clockspring (spiral cable) inside the steering column. That allows you to turn the wheel without twisting wires. It's a very common failure point.
Thanks for the info...My airbag light came on last week, today I tried the horn when a car pulled out in front of me and did not work. Now I know what to replace.
I found solution!! It's your dash clock. The airbag circuit goes through the clock and I found broken cold solder welds on the clock circuit board. Replaced the clock.. no airbag lights for over a year!!
