      Anyone with a S.R.I

if u have one make sure it doesn't rub on the low pressure AC line. I've had mine on for almost a year and this past weekend i heard a hissing sound coming from under the hood, and i thought where the line was crimped it was leaking to find out at the dealer yesterday that the filter was rubbing against the AC line and put a small hole in it and of course its not under warranty so no more AC unless i fix the line myself or just get rid of it all together.

yea i noticed it is very close to that line a while ago and there was a little rub mark but i adjusted things....my only concern now is that the SRI is pressing down on the sensor (or atleast the wires) thats on that ac line

DO NOT GET RID OF YOUR A/C. Even if it's not working, just leave it in there. You can probably get that line from www.car-part.com. Getting rid of the A/C will make your car suck if you move to a southern state and will also make it hard to sell at a later date.

I made the mistake with my Subaru, I figured since I was in Portland OR, it wouldn't matter. I now live in Vegas and no longer own the car.

i did half of it my self and im like a 100% percent hands on but it will be super hard, i removedthe old piping (caz mine broke in half right at the sensor, but had the dealer install the new piping and charge the system becouse the new piping has to be manipulated quite a bit to fit proprly and if you break or it starts to leak your out of 130$. so i just let the dealer do the hard part caz if they break the pipe they will pay for the new one.
