Aveo 2.0L Turbocharged

Hmm ... I've been thinking, all this talk of 2+ liter Aveos and on top of that turbo... and for the green one, supercharged ... should we not be looking for better differentials to put all this to the ground? :D

oh and Nemasys, any idea on what kind of mileage you get with your setup?

I have no idea, the car isnt even tuned yet alone running on the megasquirt.

Im still waiting on my engine, its coming in tomorow.. finally!

Then i need a t3 turbo exhaust flange to weld on the new motor, it's in the mail. I received my clutch tho so thats all good.

New engine install begins next week!

Then i have a week's vacation on June 27th, ill be pretty busy with me moving out to a new place and i have to finish the megasquirt and start tuning it and increase the boost!

Received my new engine this morning and im quite pleased :D

One nice thing i noticed is the oil drain from the cams to the pan, here is what it looks like on the 1st gen 2.0 motor:

Actually i need to change the one on my passenger door, its installed upside down, you cant really tell unless your close but it bothers me! At 25 buks a piece too.. sigh

Maybe i should get that "Turbocharged" badge you can find on the Cobalt and HHR turbo :P

turbocharged thing would not be bad actually, IMO ...
problem is, you have the SS badge.. where is your SS interior? C'mon man... :P
