So I spent some time reading the site - not sure where people get the info but we never said we would not sale the parts needed to do the swap. We also never said we would not tell you what parts to but to do it your self. We did some none Cobalt parts like the mefi etc so when were asked factory harness ?s we may not have the answer.
I have alot of emails where people asked for the parts to do it for there own car with replies telling them how and how much. If anyone has questions about the Aveo we built we have always made time to answer
lol i called you a jew before i found out that you did sell the parts :P
i think i posted what you sent me on aveonetwork in the emails when i was talking to you last time, though really the only person looking to do the swap in the near future is rabbit
yes.. yes i am..
i did not realize until now this is the 2.2 (lap or l61) with a supercharger conversion? i know your running you own management etc, but how does that swap work? head on block or just manifolds etc? what the power comparatively to just the 2.0 lsj?
although i have come across supercharged ss for relatively cheap, i am going to go with an LNF engine when i do mine. Since i own a 2009 aveo, i want it in the right generation..

We run the mefi and wired the car our way to get rid of any gm harness issues, the cars makes great power and fels nice on the street.Originally Posted by petrified.rabbit
the engine fits great with lots of room for extras like a big air box and for the non-supercharged version you have a huge space in the back for a turbo set up for sure
we ran the complete ss cobalt supercharged swap with transmission / motor / head / intake manifold and customer header. as also used the factory shifter and aftercooler / radiator too
Very nice Jason, welcome to the site btw. Thanks for daring to take on a project like the Aveo when no one else would man, these cars get no respect or aftermarket support, so it's nice to see someone build something amazing from a car 90% of the population hates. "The Green Monster" is quite a sweet little car you've built. I have to ask, I love the side exit exhaust in the rear doors but what was the purpose? Clearance? Good luck with your sale bro and keep up the good work. Let us know what kind of parts your company offers for the Aveo when you get a chance, I'm sure you'd spark some interest.

I have a question. Is that a digital read-out cluster you installed for the mph/rpm gauges?
It is, it's the same thing professional rally and racecar drivers use. The lights on the top light up green, yellow and red with your rpms. Ken Block has the same thing in his Ford Fiesta rally car, but I forget what it's called:Originally Posted by reddemonx92
