must be really crummy plastic cus we got alot of plastic under the hood lol, cheap crap, glad i never went that route.

haha wow your gonna make friends fast on this site...well if Munashii is able to build this intake he will def be able to build the custom CAI....yes there is a header built for the 1.6L from an austrialian company. a few people on here have ordered one from them. heres a few threads on it

I tried to contact them several times and got absolutely no response back from them, so im not sure if you can get them anymore. so gse_turbo is making me one as we speak.

Yea I've tried getting ahold of them about doing an import job and no response... gonna have to go with the custom job... thought it was Kinky making the headers though...

NO. I used the ALUMINUM 'UNIVERSAL' tube. It's about 18" inches long, with a 45 degree bend on the end to the throttle body, a hole for the air sensor, and a welded tube for the breather to fit on. But I do know what you guys are talking about with the plastic chrome covered ****e. Those are all the shorter 6" straight pieces, and bend pieces. Stay away from those.

I'm gonna take that as a 'WELCOME' to the show. Thanks for the header info AVEOSAM. You've built a CAI setup, if I've read that right. SWEEET... No offense to EXTREME2, and his quest to sell the best parts at the best available price, but some guys just don't have the dough, so they're gonna look for the ultimatum. I hope to bring that to the table. With that said, I've got a 'cat' to pull and swap on a truck, and a Delta 60 to install on the 'Bumblebee'.
