Broken timing belt 05swift /aveo

Hey I got a 05 suzuki swift which is basically a aveo with a 1.6l etec. Timing belt went and I've decided to replace or rebuild the cylinder head I just about have it off the block but I'm stuck on how to depressurize the fuel system before removing. Injectors, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easy, pull the fuel pump relay and try to start the car. after a few seconds of cranking, the fuel pressure should be close to 0.

I already have have the belt off and battery disconnected is their any other way to spit manually?
