Cam specs

Can anyone give me an idea on where I can find cam specs for the ecotech motors? I've looked around a bit and can't find anything. Any ideas would be great. Thanks guys

I purchased online access to the full factory service manual for my 09 Aveo5 (they use an EcoTech as well). It was only $40 for 4 years, so it's not a bad price.
