      camshaft sensor

everyday my 2007 aveo dies right when I start it but today I went to pull away and and was hitting the gas and it was going up very slowly, could it be that camshaft sensor? my rpms didn't go up either, after killing the engine and restarting it, it was back to normal, only does this die thing once a day

The camshaft sensor usually turns the check engine light on if there are any issues with ignition timing. If you don't have a check engine light I kind of doubt that is the issue.

I had the same issue, the fix is not hard and yes it did fix my problem. So you're on the right track.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....

For the intake hose, duct tape. That is all

i accidentally ripped my intake hose when I was replacing my water pump (REALLY GM!? the intake Hose on my Plymouth lasted for 14 YEARS, and was still intact, and yet Scoot Scoot is only 6 years old, and the intake hose has already dry rotted and ripped!) and used electrical tape which blends in a lot better.
