i drive a 06 aveo 4 dr sedan 1.4..
can any of you guys tell me how i can change my gear ratios?.. im looking to get it shorter..
are there any other gearboxes that i can mix and match with??
im running a filter,plugs , cables and free flow exhaust with a super dynamics end can..
i think i read once if you have a manual, sticking an automatic final drive gear will pull the closer together.
i think the f20 trans is closer ratio and bolts up to our 1.6 if you have the same bell housing in the 1,4..
ok but the issue is that we dont have Autos in India.
what car is the F20 from?
f20 is from a 2.0l daewoo car. Probably not in your country either. You could try ordering on ebay. probably a fortune in shipping, so buying gears and swapping them into your case might be idle, but i cant say going from a f20 to an f14(if thats what you have) is going to work internally..
i think they have a 2.0 car that would work for you in africa, parts of asia, cheaper than shipping from the us.
