Did you have to get new sensors for the air intake? Or are they the same ones from the stock Intake?

      You re-use your stock sensor.

That is nice, but we get torrential rains here in Mexico. I've driven through water puddles that come up to cover the wheels. Putting my air intake down would be a liability here. Maybe up through the hood of the car would be more functional here. Maybe like a cowl induction. hmm.. sounds like a project.

got the same Chromeintakes setup -- I like it so far! Pretty easy install except I had to enlarge the hole for the MAF-- and I don;t own a drill. that was interesting. Wanted to leave the car completely stock, but the OE plastic one was falling apart ans cracked in many places, pretty crappy construction. i do love the throaty sound with the new intake, though! Seems to have a little more guts too. Had a stroke about a week after I installed it, which leaves me pretty dizzy 85% of the time. When I am up to driving again, I will track my MPG.

What exact chrome-intakes setup did you end up purchasing? What year is your vehicle?
