Coilpack... 2007 Aveo

I just changed out the coil pack. After loosening the first nut on top I found there was nothing else holding it in. It's obvious someone else has done this before. The front bottom bolt is snapped off, and there is no nut for the other bottom. Which is why there are some wires on a hanger that are zip tied to something else. My question is do any of these bolts ground the coilpack? Or is there a ground in the wire harness....or no ground?

There are nuts on the top and bottom. There should be two on the bottom. They can be a real pain to get too. I suspect somebody before you did not put them back.

The bolts do not ground the pack.
