Complaint MSP auto / Machine Shop Pros aveo head replacement

Purchased a rebuilt head off Ebay from MSP auto / Machine shop Pros for $375 to do a 2005 Aveo head replacement. Price was too good to be true, should have known better. Purchased off ebay. They took over 2 weeks to ship the head which was contaminated with blasting material and ended up being cracked. Had to pull the head off again and send it back. It took them 10 weeks to get me another head. It was also contaminated with blasting material. I then had to buy new gaskets, head bolts, oil and coolant and they would not reimburse me for the extra expense. They stalled long enough that I could not leave negative feed back and neither ebay or paypal would honor their money back or dispute policies. Used a credit card thru paypal and filed a dispute in order to recoup the extra costs and the credit card company ruled in favor of the company. So buyer beware, you will have no recourse if they ship you a defective part.
