      Cv axle trouble

Ok so I replaced my clutch and I separated the cv axle on accident. its the trans side that came apart. I got it put back together and now it wont swivel at all. Im also having trouble aligning the shift linkage. Its on a lift now at a pay as you go shop. its pretty expensive and I don't want it there another night. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
