Glad to hear back from you, I was getting worried! Again, great job with this. Nice to see no shortcuts are being taken.

Any news? I just read this thread from start to finish and I am disappointed to see it hasn't any recent updates!
The update is that I am waiting on ECU to come back from being re-flash to be able to run as a standalone. I have run into a bunch of problems try the car to run correctly on the OEM ECU and I am running out of options. If I cannot solve these last few issues I will need to go with a aftermarket setup. I am trying not to do that because I want to be able to pass emissions. If this last attempt work out it should be up and running, I will post pics once I have it all buttoned up.
Regards,
As you can see by the video in the URL I got all of my problems worked out and the car is finally running. I has been a long and troublesome build but finally I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Everything is finally coming together and it should be all buttoned up soon and on the road. I will be working on the car this coming weekend and I should have it all back together. The last mayor thing that I need to do is to fab up some lines for the AC.
Woohoo, congrats! Be sure to let us know how it drives when you get everything back together and on the road.
Got the car all buttoned up and took it for a test drive, the car drives very good and it has plenty of power. I was not really able to open the car up because the vehicle registration is expired so I only drove it down my street. I will be registering the car soon and I will be able to so some runs on the road. Check out the video on the link below.
I'm glad it all worked out. Now you can build them up for the rest of the forum!! Def let me know if you plan on taking it to any car shows or meets, I'd love to see this beast.
what is the RPM ON IDLE?
looks good, i'm surprised it sit that low in the engine bay, did you loose oil pan to ground crlearance from stock? Or is it actually that short of a block?
The RPM is at about 800, that is the desired RPM setup in the ECU flash
