Any auto parts store should be able to get you a new belt. When we made the etec pulleys I just went to the store and asked for one that was a bit shorter than the stock one and they had it in stock.

our engine is pretty much a z16xer, the cruze has the z18xer. There might be something that are different in the bolt ons for emissions, and ecu because of emissions, but the block etc is identical from my research.

So what your saying is the physical /mechanical stuff is the same-for example the pulley, but if the 1.8 crank has a longer stroke that sbouldn t change the pulley or "key hole". I d hate to buy stuff from overseas n not have it work/fit.

i believe many of those parts are modular in design. The pulley should fit a saturn astra, cruze, aveo, and sonic.

If ur thinking of using tbose injectors for a turbo build they wont flow enough. The 2.4 ecotecs run 24lb, and I thi k the newer camaros run 36lbs( dont quote me) but the 36lbs may be good enough for 170ish hp. I think doax said to run 42 lbs, but if ur looking to build off GM parts look for Corsa D gsi injectors. Lets see who else responds, the more the merrier. By the way, if the guys fromTTV respond to my most recent e mail Im gunna order their pulley. I ll update u if it goes thru..

a lot of injectors are interchangeable, i would definitely find the ones that meet your specs versus what sounds like it would be easy to swap.

The issue I see is the extension at the end of the injector. our manifolds have 20 deg. injector mounts and the tip has to travel about 1 1/2 to meet the split in the head runner. if an injector could be found with the tip extension which is a rare one that could flow the 385cc im looking for it would be an easy swap with a little mod of the intake manifold. if the body of the injector can be swapped with the tip that could handle higher pressure the same thing could be accomplished

check out TTV in England the dude named Ben will cross reference your make n year vs a Vauxhall model. due to the second gen US aveos basically using the Z16XER platform Europe had for years before they do have a 2 pulley kit for about $200. For the first gen you will have to e mail them. As a side note the also may do clutches.
