Engine Swap: 2005 to 2008; Sensors

I'm kinda hoping someone can tell me what 2005 sensors must be swapped to the 2008 motor to make life as easy as possible. I've read a lot, including Daox's thread. I've swapped the intakes, injectors & valve covers, & I'm aware of the different O2 sensor & pcv system. Also, I read about the knock sensor & the crank position sensor, but don't know where those are located. I think the crank position sensor is the one on the top of the timing belt cover, right? I have no idea about the knock sensor location. I'm also not sure that these are the only things I need to swap. Anyone know of others that need to be put on the new motor, or a link where I can do my own sensor research? I'd really like to do everything I can while the engine is outside the car.
