Engine Wanting to Stall?

While I drive the vehicle it will run fine, like a champ. But once I stop at a stop light the vehicle acts like it wants to cut out, or jerks rather. The check engine light does not come on, the RPM's do not loose any power, the lights will dim though. Any ideas on what is going on here? Now I also need to know if bleeding the purge valve will kill my fuel pump...the tank is full of gas.

Look into the throttle body threads. The truth will set you free.
