I just recently put a Chevy Cobalt SRS exhaust system on my 09 Aveo5. So to any of you out there looking for a full system you can get a cobalt exhaust and modify it a little to fit your aveo. This is just a little tidbit of info for anyone lookin around.
What needed to be modified?
It needs to be cut to shortn it down and it needs to be bent alittle so it doesnt rub on your spring.
most fwd, solid axle exhaust as about the same shape if the path of the pipe is the same.
how did the muffler fit under it? because the muffler is kind of angled downward under the aveo..
it all fits fairly well mine i need a new mid section cause it was burning a hole through heat shield cuz it wasnt quite right but i mean it was that bad.

Possibly a sound clip too? The Ecotecs used in Cobalts I find always sound like ass.
