Remember that if you go to a dual exhaust you are adding weight and probably loosing horsepower. When it comes to exhaust flow there are a couple things you need to consider. Temperature-Keep the final temperature in the exhaust system high, hotter gases flow faster and reduces friction in the piping which will mean more efficient, this is why a lot of race cars exhausts are wrapped in heat tape; Bends-more bends and piping means more head loss and less flow; Size-too big of an exhaust can actually reduce power because your engine will be pushing colder air and there is more volume of air in the pipe to be pushed. Find a happy medium between too small or too large. For an engine around 100 hp anything around 2 inch is good. Stick with the single, if you put it out the center that would be unique, git it a try. I want the corvette motor in mine like forza, if only it would fit.

I used to get CEL but I now have it blocked with an apexi neo. I want to figure out a way to do fuel management with their piggyback system but it is a pain. I thought about megasquirt but we all know the pain with that.

Good point on the weight. The dual exhaust might be fun, but The WTF factor of center bumper exit is more appealing to me also (I like to make people wonder.) As for Forza, I ran an A class race with the aveo just last night, that car makes me nervous at those speeds. In real life I want to do the same 2.0L swap that Nemasys did, without turbo though, probably 2.25 mandrel bent exhaust, stainless steel if I can afford it.

If nemasys didn't have such a pain of tuning, I think it would involve paying someone for the tune, I would build something like that. Go borla, lifetime warranty, just send them the specs and money then it shows up at your house in 2 weeks. That is was I did to my f150 and it is really tough stuff.

      stainless steel mods

I don't have magnaflow exhaust, but I always suggest them. More HP. I had them on a pickup before I got my Aveo 2004. My neighbors must have hated me because it was friggin loud. The apartment surrounding carports have tall brick walls so the sound echoed. BTW ... I like the stainless steel veneer. I have some contact paper that is the same but it seems like yours in a bit thicker. Could you esplain how you applied the stainless steel veneer?
