If you want some more info check out Courtenaysport.co.uk there are all kinds of Vauxhall turbo upgrades for the 1.6/2.0. I think its good for ideas but overpriced. You will see upgraded injectors as well so its good to check it out n plan...

good site thanks... got loads of ideas from it. I am looking at the lsd units they have there and going to see if it would work in mine and get a little extra grip but as far as the engine goes I am a bit stumped on the timing aspect, will a tune take care of it or do I need to pick up something like an msd for it as well... any advice?
Sorry officer... with all of your stickers and strobes I thought you wanted to race

Just piece together the physical parts to go turbo, let trifecta worry about everything else. Piggybacks, boost timing retard controllers and the like will cause you more problems n complicate things. Tune the ecu properly n avoid gadgetry.

Im thinking I may try to fabricate my own log just to try it our but I dont have a plasma cutter for the flange n Im worried about my welds not being air tite- I can care less how it looks Im after functionality. Lastly, I have access to a MIG welder. Ive read a MIG can work but its not the best(TIG). I gotta let the holidays pass n the weather to break n I see if Im still interested in toying around.

I have looked at quite a few different log styles for the b16 that I'm thinking of getting if I do it that way all I have to do is change the t25 flange for the k03 so less work that way
