if ur gonna get new internals, you might as well go with the high compression wiesco pistons that daftart.com sells...you will have SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more power

and need higher octane gas. But if that's not a problem...I'd say go for it.

      Re: flooded engine!

Ok guys, My car is running now. But theres a problem the check engine light is flashing and i cant figure out whats wrong with it. I think my timing is a little off. idle is rough. did a test run with it and the check engine light started flashing. runs great driving down the road but the engine light flashing. Tried my code reader but all I get is error. Cant link to the computer. I check wiring again, took it for another ride and now it wont stay idleing. WOW! I think I answered my own problem. What you guys think?

Adding water to oil does NOT clean your engine, It reshapes connecting rods.

      Re: flooded engine!

if it doesnt stay idling then it is most likely a sensor, when i got water in my engine, my tps got damaged and now when i accelerate and hit about 3100 rpm the engine hesitates for a second and sometimes throws a CEL, it goes away when i drive it 3 or 4 different times, ive been too lazy to replace that tps sensor, its relitavely cheap, about 25 bucks
