FOUND AVEO HEADERS UNDER $300.00

sorry been busy with work and not. i will get pics on tomorrow got to wait to get a new cable for my camera or memory card reader

oh one issue to know about the damn oxygen sensor i noticed, there is no fitting for it on these headers so i have to relocate o2 sensor right after headers

and mike d. is right when you install any painted or what not headers you make sure your car is cold at first not warm at all. then after install you let the car warm up till temp gauge rises 1/4 of the way. then shut off for about 20 min. then turn back on and let temp gauge rise half. and shut off for 20 min. then turn back on and the paint or ceramic or whatever will always stay. of course time and heat has its course on anything so eventually it will peal but not for a long time.

You are better off taking it to a shop and having them put in an O2 sensor bung. it is cheap and that way you keep it in the stock location.

sorry guys i have been busy with work, working like 8am-9pm everyday. not to mention my gf is due pretty soon with our lil boy. so its hectic dont want to take to a shop and spend money on install and i dont have the time yet to even install myself. as soon as i get time i will instal
