Front Torque Strut Mount???

Hello everyone,

I just bought a 2007 Aveo, 5 speed. There was a lot of front to back movement in the motor, so I ordered a front and rear torque strut mount. One of the mounts is very obvious, the one underneath that mounts the engine to the subframe, but I am not finding another mount anywhere. I have a feeling that either this car does not have another mount, or it was removed by a previous owner and never replaced. I'm not even seeing a location where the large oval end would fit into though. Do we only have one torque strut mount?

Correct, there is only one. Lots of small cars only have one in the back.
